Where are Online Real Estate Purchasers Searching NOW?
Nine out of ten Internet buyers found their agents through an online real estate
listing site.
60% (in 2005) began their search with an Internet search engine such as
Yahoo! or Google.
Only about 12% used agents they had worked with previously.
